Steven Downing was found dead in the River Severn on Wednesday 31 October 2018 at about 3pm.
He was last seen in CCTV footage three days earlier on Sunday 28 October 2018 at Worcester Shrub Hill station at 8.15pm. The police said that they were keen to hear from anyone that had seen him on the Sunday, and in particular, those that had seen him after he left Worcester Shrub Hill station.
Steven Downing was from Kidderminster.
