Tyrone Dorset was shot in the back in South Holme, near Garrison Lane, Birmingham just after midnight on Sunday 15 April 2018.
He was declared dead at the scene which was near to Birmingham City Football Club’s St Andrew’s stadium.

At the time of his arrest Tyrone Dorset had been facing a charge of violent disorder relating to an incident in Shrewsbury on 14 June and 15 June 2017.
He was from Priorslee in Shropshire.
