William Brent Taylor died following an incident in a car park at Manchester Airport on Friday 6 April 2018.
William Taylor was a taxi-driver had collapsed in the Terminal 2 airport car park on 6 April 2018 following an incident with two men and was taken to hospital where he later died.
The police were called to the car park shortly after 8.25am.
The two men were initially arrested on suspicion of manslaughter following reports of an assault, however, they were later released after William Taylor's post mortem found no signs of assault although they were later cautioned for threatening behaviour.
A spokesman for the police said, 'A post mortem examination took place and concluded that there was no evidence of physical assault or injury that contributed to William’s death'.
The two men were aged 26 and 55 and were cautioned for threatening behaviour under Section 4 of the Public Order Act.
