Matthew Thomas was found dead at a flat in Page Street, Pimlico on Thursday 21 June 2018.
He had multiple injuries, including a head injury.
He was found collapsed at the flat at 7.39pm and taken to hospital but later died at 11.46pm.
He was a scaffolder and the police said that he might have received his injuries at work but said that they were also investigating whether he was attacked.
A man and a woman at the flat that Matthew Thomas knew were arrested on suspicion of murder and questioned but nothing more is known.
