Egle Vengaliene was found dead in Brandon Country Park on 9 April 2021.
A man cahrged with her murder and due to be tried but the case was discontinued after the Crown Prosecution Service said that there was insufficient evidence to continue.
Egle Vengaliene died from drowning but the police were unable to state how it occured.
