Baby

The body of a female child was found in a parcel in Burrows Road, Swansea.

It was found by a woman that had lived at 26 Burrows Road. She said that she had had occasion to go to the back of the house in the lane to shake some mats at about 7.45pm and saw nothing unsual but that when she went back out at about 9pm that she saw the parcel.

The inquest heard that it was much decomposed and had probably died about a month previously. 

An open verdict was returned.
