Alistair Edmond died following a disturbance in Viewcraig Gardens in Edinburgh.
He was said to have been stabbed.
A 52-year-old man was charged with his murder but nothing more is known.
The police were called to Viewcraig Gardens at about 4pm on Monday 17 June 2019 following reports of a disturbance. Alistair Edmond was then taken to the Royal Infirmary where he later died.
