Tarjinder Singh Padda was found lying in Furnace Grange Road on Tuesday 11 August 2020 with serious head injuries.
He was found about 300 yards from the junction with Ebstree Road.
He was taken to the Queen Elizabeth Hospital in Birmingham but died there a few days later.
