David Hawley died after falling from a block of flats.
He was found at Brimmesfield Close in Arbourthorne, Sheffield on Tuesday 21 January 2020 at about 1.45am.
His post mortem concluded that he died from a head injury consistent with a fall from a height.
A 39-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder but nothing more is known.
