Kamaldip Singh Hulait was found injured in Wyfold Lane, Peppard Common on 11 July 2021.
It was thought that he had been hit by a car that had driven off sometime between 2.30am and 6.30am.
He was pronounced dead at the scene.

Two people were arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving in July 2021 and released under investigation, however, no charges were made. They were:
The police appealed for anyone that might have dashcam or CCTV footage to come forward.
His inquest on 22 June 2023 found his cause of death to be a road traffic accident on Wyfold Lane between the hours of 3.13am and 6.35am, with the Coroner noting that it was a hit and run and the driver failed to stop and fled the scene of an accident.
His medical cause of death was given as head and chest injuries.
The police appealed for anyone that had travelled along Wyfold Lane between the hours of 3am and 6:35am on the morning of 11 July 2021 to come forward.
