Sheikela Razaq and Mohammed Shahdab were knocked off their motorbike on Fox Hollies Road, Acocks Green in Birmingham on 5 June 2021.
They were said to have been victims of a hit-and-run, however, a 47-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving soon after, although there are no known convictions.
