Joe Dolan

Joe Dolan died following a fight in a park with Frank Moody.

Frank Moody was charged with his murder, but the charges were later dropped by the Director of Public Prosecutions.

However, Frank Moody was later shot dead outside a pub in August 1986.

It was heard that Joe Dolan had been out with his two Alsatian dogs and that they had attacked Frank Moody's dog who then slapped Joe Dolan, causing him to fall and bang his head.

Joe Dolan died four days later from brain haemorrhage.

Following his death, Frank Moody was charged with his murder but the charges were later dropped on the instructions of the Director of Public Prosecutions.

Joe Dolan's inquest at Southwark Coroner's Court in February 1986 returned a verdict of 'accident'.
