Dorota Koziej died following an incident at a house in Cedar Court, Telford, on Wednesday 15 December 2021.
The police were called out at about 11.15pm.
The police said they were treating her death as unexplained.
A 35-year-old man from Telford was arrested on suspicion of murder and released on bail and the police said that enquiries were ongoing, but nothing more is known.
Dorota Koziej had been a grandmother.
It was noted that her address was close to that of Mollie Rose Taylor in Hill Road who died earlier in the year, although Mollie Taylor's death is no longer being treated as a murder after it was found she died from a drug overdose. She was found to have had morphine and cocaine in her system. She had earlier been involved in an altercation after which she went to the property in Hill Road where she died.
