Arthur Holscher-Ermert

Arthur Holscher-Ermert was knocked down in Peacehaven by a police patrol car on 30 April 2022.

A policeman was to be tried for causing his death by dangerous driving but the prosecution offered no evidence after it was heard that expert reports had concluded that if he had not steered on to the wrong side of the road, and towards Arthur Holscher-Ermert, that he might have otherwise crashed.
