David Warrilow

David Warrilow was run over with his own van whilst he tried to stop thieves from driving away in it.

Two men were charged with his murder, but the charges were later dropped. 

David Warrilow has stopped off in his Ford Transit van at GB Singh's newsagents in Willow Way, Chelmsley Wood on 13 January 2003.

The court hear that the case against the two men replied on the evidence of one of the two men's girlfriends, and the mother of his two children, however, she later chaged her statement, and there was no other strong evidence or CCTV footage or forensic evidence that coufl carry thje case forward.

David Warrilow had been a wlder and had been married with two children.
