She had lived about three miles away in Murroch Avenue, Bellsmyre.
A man was tried for her murder in August 2004 but aquitted due to a lack of evidence.
The flat had been owned by a drug dealer that had been away on holiday in the Caribbean at the time and Joanne Broome had been house-sitting for him and looking after a large stash of his money.
