Junior Moyeer Gayle was shot dead at Soapy Joe's car wash in Efra Road, Brixton on 17 Novembe7 1994.
He was shot by a masked gunman that walked in and shot him and then ran off. He was prounced dead at the scene.
The poikce said they were questioning a suspect, but nothing more is known.
Junior Gayle had lived in Walworth.
