Carl Seiga

Carl Seiga died in a prison cell at Strangeway's Prison in Manchester in May 1982.

Three men had die in the fire after a mattress was set on fire, but verdicts of misadventure were returned on the other two men, whilst an open verdict was returned on Carl Seiga, who it was alleged had been found with his hands tied.

The foam filled mattress had released poisonous fumes when it was set on fire, killing the three men.
