Grant Lee Goggins was found dead on 10 November 2022 next to Metcon Gym on Tong Lane, Whitworth, Rossendale.
He was found by a member of the public in the morning who then performed CPR, after which paramedics attended and used a defibrillator on him. However, he was soon after pronounced dead at the scene at 7.20am.
