Michael Rose was found injured in Bowshaw Close, Sheffield on 25 July 2022 and died soon after.
He had been punched by a relative, however, the relative said that he thought Michael Rose was going to stab him and acted in self-defence and was cleared of manslaughter at a trial at Sheffield Crown Court on 11 July 2023.
