Annie Midgley

June Driver, Eva Blackburn and Annie Midgley died in hospital and were thought to have been poisoned.

A nurse was charged with their murders but she accidentally overdosed on anti-depressants and died before her trial. At the nurses inquest, it was ruled that her death was accidental and not suicide.
