Baby

The body of a dead child was found wrapped up in a parcel which was inside a box in a ditch just off of a pathway leading from Park Road to Shrub End in Osbornes Field, Park Road, Colchester.

The body was found to be in an advanced state of decomposition and it was not possible to say whether the child had had a separate existence or whether or not it had lived.
