Skeleton

A skeleton was found on Harpenden Common.

At first it was thought to have been that of a man who had disappeared from his lodgings in Luton and an inquest was held in which an open verdict was returned. However, the man identified in the inquest was later found to be alive and well and the identity of the skeleton remained unknown.
