Barbara Finn vanished after leaving home to work in the Hillfields area of Coventry as a prostitute on 28 October 1991.
She had lived in Virginia Road in Coventry and had had a six-year-old daughter who she had left with a relative before she went out.
It was noted that she was taking a prescription of methadone and that it was unlikely that she would have not come back for more.
The police said that they thought that her clients could provide vital clues.
She was described as being 5ft 6in tall with shoulder length brown hair which she usually wore in a ponytail, with green eyes, and when she was last seen, had been wearing a black vest, mini-skirt and dark jacket.
It was noted that Barbara Finn went missing at about the same time as Nicola Payne, who was also from Coventry and whose case is also still unsolved. However, it was noted that their lifestyles were completely separate and that their cases were not connected.
